History and Background Dory Ph, Inc. was originally rooted in the e-commerce industry, where we encountered a persistent challenge: finding a delivery service that could meet the high standards and specific needs of our customers. Frustrated by the lack of reliable options, we decided to take matters into our own hands. In 2021, we launched a project focused on online grocery delivery. This initiative was driven by the desire to ensure that our customers received their orders promptly and in perfect condition. The success of this project opened our eyes to the broader potential of online delivery services.
We soon realized that the same principles of reliability and efficiency could be applied to other sectors, including food delivery, parcel delivery, and even running errands. This insight led us to develop a comprehensive mobile application designed to cater to all these needs. Our platform now serves as a one-stop solution for fast, reliable, and personalized delivery services, making life easier for our users and empowering local communities. Dory Ph, Inc. was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 8, 2024, marking a significant milestone in our journey towards becoming a leader in the online delivery industry.
